Appointments ~ Your appointment time is personally reserved for you, therefore your punctuality is greatly appreciated. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon to ensure you receive the time and day that benefits your schedule. Just ask our front desk coordinator and we'll arrange everything.
We utilize a cancellation list in the event that your stylist is booked when you are requesting an appointment. Feel free to ask to be added to this list along with the ideal times you are available to come in.
As a courtesy to our other salon guests, and in our goal for a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that small children are only brought to the salon if they have a scheduled appointment.
Confirmation Calls ~ As a courtesy we call to confirm your appointment at least one business day prior to your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
Cancellations ~ Missed appointments and last minute cancellations may leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment; 72 hours for parties of 4 or more. This courtesy allows us to schedule another guest and in turn, maintain a higher availability of our services for you, as well as for others.
Retail Return Policy ~ We stand behind all of the products we sell at 4th & Brooklyn Studio. In the event that you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased, you may exchange or return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. Returns will be given in the manner in which they were paid for (cash, credit, debit).
Hair Services Guarantee ~ Consultations are always a part of every hair appointment. If you are contemplating a bolder look, or are thinking about a bigger change, feel free to schedule a free 15 minute consultation with any of our stylists prior to scheduling your hair appointment.
The stylists at 4th & Brooklyn Studio guarantee all of our work. It is our mission that our clients are in love with their hair. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please call to schedule a consultation with your stylist to give us the opportunity to correct the issue free of charge. It is not our policy to refund monies paid for hair services.
If you contact us more than one week after your original appointment, it will be considered a new appointment and their regular service charges will apply.
Gift Certificates~ Gift certificates can only be redeemed at 4th & Brooklyn. Unused value can not be redeemed for cash. No cash or credit refunds will be given. Gift certificates do not expire, and can be redeemed for any hair, spa, or tanning service as well as product purchases.
